Plan your week
A week planned in minutes.
Monday starts with a list too long for the week; here is how to see it, fit it and finish it.
Step by step
From a long list to a week.
Four steps: once at the start of the week, once a day, and once at the end.
Step 1: Look at what is coming
Upcoming shows the next seven days one by one, then the rest of the month. Move what does not fit to another day, or to Someday.

Drag tasks into the week's hour grid, next to the meetings from Google, Outlook or iCloud. A block is as long as the task's duration.

Tips
Small habits, calmer weeks.
- Give tasks a duration (“for 45m” in quick add) so the calendar shows how full the week really is.
- Save a filter for P1 and P2 tasks due in the next seven days, and start the review there.
- Park ideas in Someday instead of giving them a date you will move anyway.
- Away a week? Skip this time moves the review on without marking it done.

Questions and answers
Is there a separate weekly planner?
No. The week is Upcoming and the calendar's week view, which show the same tasks as your lists. Plan your day and Wrap up help each day.
Can I see my meetings while I plan?
Yes. Add the secret iCal link of a Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar and its events show read-only in the week view and the day plan.
Will thisflow move my tasks for me?
No. Plan your day and Wrap up suggest; nothing moves unless you move it.
Can my planned tasks show in Google Calendar?
Yes. A private calendar link puts your dated tasks in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
