thisflow is a calm, fast task manager for individuals and small teams, made in Sweden.
Why we build it
Most task tools make you choose. Some are quick for one person but thin when you share. Others do everything for a team, and get heavy and slow on the way.
thisflow aims for the space in between: the fastest way from a thought to done, alone or together. Projects, lists, tags, sharing with roles and a board, without the weight of an all-in-one work tool.
It is local-first, so every click answers on your own device and works without a connection. It is keyboard first, with a mouse that works just as well. And it looks calm, in light and dark.
Seven rules we keep
Every feature has to fit these. If it does not, we do not build it.
One task, one panel
A task opens in the same side panel from every view: list, board, calendar, search or a notification.
A view is a setting, not a place
List, board and calendar show the same tasks. Sections are list headings and board columns at the same time.
Capture first, organise later
Quick add works everywhere, understands English and Swedish and never asks for a required field. Tasks without a project go to the Inbox.
Instant
Every interaction shows its result in under 50 ms. Reads and writes go to the device first; the network is never in the way.
Keyboard first, mouse fine
Everything has a shortcut and is reachable from the command palette.
Sharing is one button
Share a project by link or email and pick a role in the same dialog. Four fixed roles: owner, editor, viewer and guest.
No feature without a home
A new feature must fit an existing surface: the panel, a view or the palette. If it does not, it is not built.

thisflow is designed and built in Sweden. Swedish is its first language after English, in the app, in quick add and on this site.
Stored in Stockholm
Your tasks are stored on our own server at UpCloud in Stockholm, with backups kept for 14 days. A copy lives on your device so the app works offline.
No ads, no data sales
We make money from paid plans, not from your data. The privacy policy says exactly what we collect and why.
