Integration
Forward an email, get a task.
You get a private address. Send or forward mail to it and it lands in your Inbox as a task.
Settings → Email
What you can do with it.
Forward from anywhere
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or your phone: anything that can send or forward an email can make a task.
A subject read like quick add
Write “Call the supplier tomorrow 15:00 p2” as the subject and the date, time and priority are set.
Attachments come along
Files arrive as the task's attachments: up to 10 per email and 25 MB each, with up to 40 MB for the whole email.
Set up
Ready in three steps.
- 01
Get your address
In Settings → Email, under Email to thisflow, choose Get my address.
- 02
Keep it close
Copy the address, or choose Write to it, and save it as a contact so it is one tap away.
- 03
Send or forward
The subject becomes the task and the text its note, without quoted replies, signatures or “Sent from my iPhone”.
From your inbox to Inbox.
A forwarded email keeps its original sender in the note. Its files become attachments, apart from images drawn inside the text, such as signature logos.
Permissions and security
What flows, and what stays.
What flows
The email you send: its subject, text and files become one task in your Inbox. Mail marked as spam or carrying a virus is dropped, and there is a daily limit per person.
What is stored
The task and its attachments. The raw email is deleted once it is handled and never kept longer than 7 days. Mail is received in Ireland, in the EU.
How to revoke
Choose New address and mail to the old one stops arriving, or Turn off. Keep the address to yourself: anyone who has it can add tasks to your Inbox.
