Projects
One project for every goal.
Gather the tasks, sections and people for one goal, and see them as a list, a board or a calendar.
Sections, two ways
A section is a heading in the list and a column on the board, at the same time.
Three views, one project
Switch between list, board and calendar. The tasks stay the same; only the view changes.
Start from another
Copy any project with its sections and open tasks, its dates moved to start today, kept or removed.
Sections that work in every view.
Group a project into sections such as Design, Copy and Launch. In the list they are headings, on the board they are columns, and a task moved in one moves in the other.
Personal or shared, your choice.
A personal project starts as a plain list, with Done folded away. A team project starts with To do, In progress and Done for the board. Share either one from the same dialog.
Start fast, take it along.
Copy a project you have run before, archived ones too. Duplicate it, archive it when it is done, or export it as Markdown checklists that open anywhere.

Questions and answers
Is the Inbox a project?
Yes, a private one per person. Every task belongs to a project, and tasks without one land in the Inbox.
Can I reuse a project as a template?
Yes. New project can copy any project, archived ones too, with its sections and open tasks, and its dates moved to start today, kept or removed.
Can I see a project as a board?
Yes. Every project can be shown as a list, a board or a calendar. Sections become the board's columns.
Can I export a project?
Yes, as Markdown checklists from the project's ⋯ menu, or every project as CSV, JSON or Markdown from Settings → Data.
