Questions about pricing.
Is thisflow free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and has every view, quick add and sharing, with 10 projects, 3 members and 5 guests per workspace. During the beta everything is free, including what will be part of Pro and Team.
What happens to my price later?
Your price is locked for as long as you subscribe. If list prices change, you get 90 days' notice and 12 months at your old price, and a feature you pay for never moves to a higher plan.
Do guests cost anything?
No. Guests see only the projects you share with them and never need a paid seat. Free allows 5 guests per workspace, Pro 10, and Team 5 for every member.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is priced per person in the workspace, with no seat minimum. Each person also brings 5 free guests. Pay monthly, or yearly for a lower price per month.
Is AI included?
Yes, in Pro and Team at no extra cost: Text to tasks, Suggest steps and Ask thisflow, with a fair-use limit of 100 suggestions per person and day. There are no credits to buy. Speaking a task uses your browser's speech recognition and works on every plan.
