Your price is locked for as long as you subscribe. If list prices change, you get 90 days' notice and 12 months at your old price, and a feature you pay for never moves to a higher plan.

On our server at UpCloud in Stockholm, Sweden, with backups on the same server for 14 days. Your tasks are also kept on your own device so the app works offline. We do not sell data and we show no ads.

Yes. thisflow keeps your tasks on your device, so you can add, edit and complete them without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online, and the app tells you if something could not be saved.

Yes, in Pro and Team at no extra cost: Text to tasks, Suggest steps and Ask thisflow, with a fair-use limit of 100 suggestions per person and day. There are no credits to buy. Speaking a task uses your browser's speech recognition and works on every plan.

Yes. thisflow imports from Todoist, Asana, Trello, TickTick, ClickUp and Linear, and from a CSV file, which covers Jira, Notion and monday.com. Sections, subtasks, labels, assignees, due dates and comments come along where the other tool has them.

thisflow runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on iPhone, Android and the desktop, where it opens without a network. Native iPhone, Apple Watch and Android apps are planned.
