Terms of service

Draft pending legal review

This document is a draft. It is being reviewed and may change.

These terms apply when you use thisflow, the task manager at app.thisflow.com and its apps, provided by [Company name] ([company registration number], [postal address]) ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use thisflow for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account

You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email account safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you must give a correct email address.

Workspaces, roles and sharing

A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners decide who is in it and with which role (owner, editor, viewer or guest), and are responsible for the people they invite. When you share a project, everyone with access sees what their role allows, including tasks, comments and files. Anyone holding an active share link can open what it points to, so share links with care.

Your content

What you put in thisflow is yours. You give us the permission we need to store, copy, sync and show it to the people you share it with, and to process it for the features you use (for example AI suggestions). We do not use your content for anything else. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use thisflow to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to spread malware, or to store content that is illegal. Do not try to get around limits or access controls, overload the service or access other people's data. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly or yearly in advance at the prices on thisflow.com, which include VAT in the EU. Paid plans are not open yet; until they are, everyone has every feature.

Our pricing promise is part of these terms: your price is locked for as long as you subscribe; if list prices change, you get 90 days' notice and 12 months at your old price; and a feature you pay for never moves to a higher plan.

You can cancel at any time. The plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of buying.

AI features

AI suggestions are made by a language model and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them. AI is included in Pro and Team with a fair-use limit per person and day.

Other services

thisflow can connect to services such as Google, Slack and calendar apps. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time in Settings.

Availability and changes

We work to keep thisflow fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and thisflow is currently in beta. We keep backups, but you should export anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, you may cancel and get back what you paid for the unused time.

Ending

You can stop using thisflow and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously break them. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live and may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
