Tasks and lists
Every task in its right place.
Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Someday and the Logbook keep each task where it belongs, with subtasks and four priorities.
Capture now, sort later
No required field. A task without a project goes to your Inbox until you have a minute.
Today is honest
What is due, what has started and a calm Overdue group with Move to today.
Small steps inside
Subtasks open in the same panel as their task, with their own dates and people.
Five lists that sort themselves.
You never file a task by hand. Its dates decide where it shows, and every list opens the task in the same panel.
- Inbox catches every task without a project.
- Today shows what is due, overdue or starting today.
- Upcoming shows the next seven days one by one, then the rest of the month, then a group per month.
- Someday parks what can wait, out of Today and Upcoming.
- The Logbook lists what you completed, by day and time.
Subtasks and priorities, kept simple.
Break a task into steps that open in the same panel. Four priorities, P1 to P4, set with the keys 1 to 4 or typed as p1 in quick add.
Start dates and Someday.
A start date hides a task until its day, then it shows in Today. Someday parks it. Deleted tasks wait 30 days in the Trash, with Restore.

Questions and answers
Where do tasks without a project go?
To your Inbox. It is a project of its own that only you see, so you can capture first and sort later.
What is the difference between a start date and a due date?
The due date is when it has to be done. A start date hides the task until that day, then it shows in Today.
Can I get a deleted task back?
Yes. Deleted tasks stay in the Trash for 30 days, and Restore puts them back where they were.
How many priorities are there?
Four, P1 to P4. Press 1 to 4 on a task, or type p1 to p4 in quick add.
Clear your head in one list.
