Kanban boards
Drag tasks through your flow.
Sections become columns. Drag a card to the next one, and the list and the calendar follow.
The same tasks as the list
The board is a view of the project, not a copy. Switch back and forth without losing anything.
Done means done
Drop a card in Done and the task is completed. Undo opens it again.
Compact cards
Date, priority and people sit on one row, so a column shows more cards at a glance.
A board that is your list.
A view is a setting, not a place. The board's columns are the list's sections, so a card you move here is in its new section when you switch back.
Add cards in the column.
The add field at the bottom of a column puts the task in that column, and reads the line like quick add: date, time, priority, tags and people.

Move by mouse, finger or key.
A dragged card lifts and its new column lights up. On a phone the columns are phone-wide and snap into place. On a keyboard, J and K walk the cards column by column.

Questions and answers
Is the board separate from the list?
No. The board shows the same tasks as the list, with the project's sections as columns. Changes show in both at once.
What happens when I drag a card to Done?
The task is completed, the same as ticking it in the list, with the same Undo. A repeating task moves on to its next date.
Can I import a Trello board?
Yes. Export the board as JSON in Trello and import the file in thisflow. Sections, checklists, labels and due dates come along.
Does the board work on a phone?
Yes. Each column takes the width of the screen and snaps into place as you swipe.
