Type @ and a name. They get a bell entry, a push and, if they like, an email or a Slack message.
Files on the task
Drop a file, paste an image or press Add file. Images show as thumbnails.
See who is here
“Erik is here” shows who else has the project or the task open right now.
Comments that reach the right person.
Discuss the task on the task. Mention a teammate with @, edit your own comments (they are marked edited) or delete them. Project owners can delete any comment.
Files right on the task.
Add files from the task panel or ⌘K, up to 25 MB each. Images show as thumbnails, and video and audio play right there, on iPhone and in Safari too. Attachments in an email to thisflow land on the new task.
Who changed what, and when.
Activity in the task panel has Comments and History. History shows who changed what and when, from the server's activity log. Undo writes back only the fields you changed, so a teammate's edit in the meantime is kept.

How do mentions notify people?
A mention gives a bell entry and a push. Email for mentions can be turned off in Settings → Notifications, and with Slack connected it can also come as a Slack message.
How big can an attachment be?
Up to 25 MB per file. Each workspace has a storage quota.
Can I edit a comment?
Yes, your own. Edited comments are marked as edited. You can delete your own, and project owners can delete any.
Can viewers comment?
Yes. Viewers see the project and can comment; editors can also change the tasks.
