Reminders and due dates
Reminders that come on time.
Due dates and times in each person's own time zone, with reminders and push notifications you can snooze.
Everyone's own time zone
A time follows each person's zone, taken from the browser. Nobody does the maths.
A reminder ahead
At the time, or 5 minutes to 1 day before. You pick per task.
Snooze from the phone
Put a due reminder off for 10 minutes or an hour, right from the notification.
Due dates in every time zone.
Dates and times are kept in each person's own zone, so a call at 15:00 is at 15:00 wherever you are. Late tasks wait in a calm Overdue group, with Move to today. A morning summary arrives at the hour you pick.
Remind me when it matters.
A task with a time reminds you at the time, or 5 minutes to 1 day before. Push comes for due tasks, for mentions and when someone else assigns you a task, in the language you use the app in.
- Settings → Notifications turns off the morning summary email or mention emails; push and the bell stay.
- On iPhone, add thisflow to the Home Screen to get push.
Dates typed in plain words.
“Tomorrow afternoon”, “tonight at 8”, “at 9am for 15 minutes”. Quick add reads the date, the time and how long, in English and Swedish.
