Product launch
Launch day, without the scramble.
A launch has a hundred small steps and one fixed date; put each step, owner and deadline in one project.
Step by step
From launch date to launched.
Work back from the date, then let the board and the status summary keep everyone current.
Step 1: Break the launch into steps
Write the big task, then press Suggest steps. AI proposes three to seven subtasks; untick what you do not want and add the rest.

Assign with +name and set dates in quick add. Start dates keep later steps out of Today until it is their turn.

Tips
Launches that land on time.
- Mention a colleague in a comment when a step waits on them; they get a notification.
- Set P1 on the steps that move the launch date, and save a filter for them.
- Invite the agency or freelancers as guests to the launch project, at no cost.
- Next launch, copy this project: sections and open tasks come along, with dates moved to start today.

Questions and answers
Does AI add steps on its own?
No. Suggest steps shows its proposals first; you choose what to add, and Undo takes it all back.
Is AI included in the price?
Yes, in Pro and Team, with a fair-use limit of 100 suggestions per person and day. During the beta everything is free.
Does thisflow have a Gantt chart?
No. Plan a launch with sections, dates and start dates, and see it on the board and in the calendar.
Can people outside the company join?
Yes. Invite them as guests: they edit the launch project and nothing else, and guests take no seat.
Put your launch in one place.
Create an account, write the launch as a task and press Suggest steps.
