What it is for
Launches fail on the small things nobody owned: the help article, the support briefing, the reply to the first piece of feedback. This template lists them in the order they come up, so the team can see what is left at a glance.

Into thisflow in three steps

Download the file on this page. Open it in a spreadsheet first if you want to rename tasks or add your own.

Open Settings → Data → Import
In thisflow, open Settings and choose Import under Data. Choose a file, or drop the CSV on the page.

thisflow shows the new project, its sections and tasks before anything changes. Choose Import 16 tasks.
Tips
Make it your own
Set the real date
Open the launch email task and give it your launch day. The board shows it on the card; the calendar view puts it on the day.
Give every task an owner
Share the project with the team, then assign each card. A guest from an agency or a partner can see the project at no cost.
Break down the big ones
Open a task like Finish and freeze the release and add subtasks, or let Suggest steps propose them.
Use it again
Next time, choose New project → Start from → Copy a project. Sections and open tasks come along, and Start today moves the dates.
