Export from Superlist
In Superlist, export your whole account as CSV from Settings.

Import it into thisflow
In thisflow, open Settings → Data → Import and choose the CSV. A title column is enough; notes, due date, priority, tags, project and status are read when they are there.

Check the preview, then confirm
thisflow shows what it found before anything changes. Tasks already done in the other tool are left out, and the preview says how many.
Questions about switching
Can I move from Superlist to thisflow?
Yes. Export your account from Superlist as CSV and choose the file under Settings → Data → Import in thisflow. A title column is enough; other columns are read when thisflow recognises their names.
Does thisflow work offline like Superlist?
Yes. thisflow keeps your tasks on your device, works without a network, and syncs when you are back.
Does thisflow take meeting notes?
No. Text to tasks turns pasted notes into tasks, but thisflow does not record or transcribe meetings.
