The short version

  • Ready, not built

thisflow has Inbox, Today, Upcoming, reminders and repeating tasks from the start. In Notion you design the task database yourself.

  • Capture in one line

Type “Call Anna tomorrow 15:00 p2” and thisflow sets the date, time and priority. Notion reads dates with @-mentions inside pages.

Docs, wikis and databases in one place, with custom properties, forms, automations, native apps and Notion Calendar.

Switch

Switch in two minutes

  1. 01

    Export from Notion

In Notion, open the task database’s ••• menu → Export → Markdown & CSV. The database comes out as a CSV file.

  2. 02

    Import it into thisflow

In thisflow, open Settings → Data → Import and choose the CSV. A title column is enough; notes, due date, priority, tags, project and status are read when they are there.

  3. 03

    Check the preview, then confirm

thisflow shows what it found before anything changes. Tasks already done in the other tool are left out, and the preview says how many.

Questions about switching

Can I move my Notion task database to thisflow?

Yes. Export the database as CSV and choose it under Settings → Data → Import. thisflow knows Notion’s column names, so names, dates, status and tags are read.

Can thisflow replace Notion?

For tasks, yes; for docs and wikis, no. You can keep Notion for notes and move your tasks to thisflow.

Is there a Notion integration?

No. thisflow has a REST API and an MCP server, and works with Slack, email and calendars.
