Switch

Switch in two minutes

  1. 01

    Export from ClickUp

In ClickUp, go to Settings → Imports/Exports → Export items and download the CSV. Admins and owners can do this.

  2. 02

    Import it into thisflow

In thisflow, open Settings → Data → Import and choose the CSV. thisflow recognises ClickUp’s export: lists become projects, statuses sections, and subtasks, tags and due dates come along.

  3. 03

    Check the preview, then confirm

thisflow shows what it found before anything changes. Tasks already done in the other tool are left out, and the preview says how many.

Questions about switching

Can I import my ClickUp tasks into thisflow?

Yes. Export a CSV from ClickUp and choose it under Settings → Data → Import in thisflow. Lists become projects and statuses sections; subtasks, tags and due dates come along.

Does thisflow have automations like ClickUp?

No. thisflow has repeating tasks, reminders and saved filters, but no rule-based automations. If your work depends on them, ClickUp fits better.

Can I plan my day in thisflow like in ClickUp’s Planner?

Yes. Drag tasks into the calendar as time blocks with a duration, use Plan your day in the morning, and start a focus timer on a task.

Try it with your own tasks
