Export from monday.com
In monday.com, open the board menu → More actions → Export board to Excel. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as CSV.

Import it into thisflow
In thisflow, open Settings → Data → Import and choose the CSV. A title column is enough; notes, due date, priority, tags, project and status are read when they are there.

Check the preview, then confirm
thisflow shows what it found before anything changes. Tasks already done in the other tool are left out, and the preview says how many.
Questions about switching
Can I bring my monday.com boards to thisflow?
Yes, through CSV. Export the board to Excel, save it as CSV, and choose it under Settings → Data → Import. thisflow knows monday.com’s column names, so names, dates and statuses are read.
Does thisflow have dashboards or Gantt like monday.com?
No. thisflow has list, board and calendar views of the same tasks, and no dashboards, reports or Gantt.
Is there a minimum number of seats in thisflow?
No. Team is per person from the first seat, and guests are free.
