thisflow keeps a copy of your tasks on each device and sends your changes as soon as it can. When two people change the same field, the newer change wins, and you are told.
- The sidebar tells Not connected and Offline apart.
- If changes cannot reach the server for a while, it says how many are waiting, with Retry now.

Measured in a project with 1000 tasks: completing, opening a task and quick add take about 16 to 48 ms. Only the rows near the screen take part in drag and drop, so long lists stay light.

Does thisflow work offline?
Yes. Your tasks are kept on your device, so you can add, edit and complete them without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.
What happens if two people change the same task offline?
Each field is resolved separately and the newer change wins. If yours was overwritten, the app tells you.
Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
thisflow installs from the browser on phones and computers today. Native iPhone and Android apps are planned.
